- A free first look at one question, reviewed by a person. It shows where you stand today; it is not an audit and carries no plan.
- Snapshot
- A fixed, standard read: a set number of questions, assistants and competitors, agreed before work begins. It shows where you stand, and the Audit explains why in depth.
- Audit
- A fixed piece of analysis with a defined question set. Scope, provider coverage and delivery timing are agreed before work begins.
- Monitor
- Measurement and advice on a fixed question set every month. The work the report recommends stays with your team.
- Growth Programme
- Monitor plus a fixed amount of delivery each month, agreed up front. Larger or open-ended work belongs in a Programme.
- Programme
- Ongoing work across strategy, technical improvement, expert content, authority and measurement. Deliverables and responsibilities are defined for each engagement.
- Intelligence
- A separate product, in development. We will not describe it as delivered before it is, and any interface shown on this site is illustrative.

Can you guarantee an AI recommendation?
No. We can define the work, inspect observed outcomes and explain uncertainty. Nobody can promise what a model recommends.
How long before we see a change?
It depends on the market, the competition and the work itself. We agree the measurement window and the evidence we will inspect before anything starts.
Do we need the platform to begin?
No. Every engagement on this page runs today. The platform is in development and extends the same method.
Who does the work?
