Evidence into action. Action into advantage.

Three ways to start.

Each engagement begins with a conversation about the questions that matter to your buyers, and about the evidence you already have.

Scope boundaries.

An audit is a fixed piece of analysis with a defined question set. A programme is an ongoing piece of work across strategy, content and authority. The platform is a separate product, and we will not describe it as delivered before it is.

Start with an audit

01 / Audit

See the baseline.

A defined buyer-question set, observed answers, citation and recommendation analysis, evidence gaps and a prioritised next-step plan.

Scope, provider coverage and delivery timing are agreed before work begins.

02 / Programme

Build better proof.

A managed programme of strategy, technical improvement, expert content, credible authority and measurement.

Deliverables and responsibilities are defined for each engagement.

03 / Intelligence

Keep the context.

A record that connects observations, source evidence and interventions, so the work can be reviewed over time.

The platform modules are in development. Any interface shown on this site is illustrative.

A few useful answers.

Can you guarantee an AI recommendation?
No. We can define the work, inspect observed outcomes and explain uncertainty. Nobody can guarantee what a model recommends.
How long before we see a change?
It depends on the market, the competition and the work itself. We agree the measurement window and the evidence we will inspect before anything starts.
Do we need the platform to begin?
No. The audit and the programme run today. The platform is in development and extends the same method.
Who does the work?
Answer Position runs the strategy, the analysis and the delivery, and is accountable for the outcome. Specialist support is brought in only where an engagement needs it, and it is named before it starts.
