UK and EMEA

Answer engine optimisation for UK and EMEA software companies

Answer Position, UK B2B AI visibility agency. We help software companies selling in the UK and across EMEA get named, cited and recommended when buyers ask AI assistants, by finding the evidence that is missing, doing the marketing work that supplies it and measuring the same buyer questions every month.

What answer engine optimisation covers, and what you receive.

Buyer questions
The questions your buyers ask AI assistants as they build a shortlist, including the regional wording and market names they use, agreed with you before any answer is collected.
Evidence pieces
Plain pages and proof points on your own site that answer those questions, written so an assistant can find the claim and the source behind it.
Third-party sources
Where assistants draw on directories, review sites, analyst pages and industry publications for your market, work to be described there accurately.
Technical fixes
Crawl access, page structure and markup, so the pages that matter can be read by the systems that fetch them.
Monthly measurement
Each answer is kept as it was given, so change is read against the start: where you are named, cited or recommended, and where that moved.
Agreed up front
Scope, assistants covered, markets and delivery timing are agreed before work begins. Nobody can promise what a model will say, so we promise the work and the measurement.

Who it suits

Software companies that sell in the UK, Europe, the Middle East or Africa and want one team to measure where they appear in AI answers and do the marketing work that changes it. We do both, so what we find is work we are set up to carry out. Work and measurement are in English. You can equally pair a measurement tool with your own team or with another agency.

Other UK and European agencies, and tools to measure with

Answer Position is one option among several. Agencies do the work, measurement tools show the numbers, and some teams pair a tool with an agency; we do both. Each company below is described only from its own public page: what it offers and who it says it serves, nothing about how good it is.

Questions UK and EMEA software companies ask.

What is answer engine optimisation?
Answer engine optimisation (AEO) is the work of getting your brand named, cited and recommended in the answers AI assistants give. It is also called generative engine optimisation (GEO); the terms are used interchangeably, and this page uses the first so you can find it either way.
Why does the region matter?
Buyers often name their market in the question, and the pages an assistant can find and trust may differ from one market to the next. Work for the UK and EMEA starts from the questions buyers ask in those markets, not from a global default.
Which markets and languages do you cover?
Buyer questions and measurement are in English, and we agree which markets and regions they name before work begins. If you sell in other languages, say so at the start and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot cover.
Can anyone guarantee an AI recommendation?
No. Nobody can guarantee an AI recommendation, because a model decides what to say. We can do the work that makes a recommendation better supported and measure what changes.
Do I need a measurement tool as well?
A tool tracks numbers on a schedule; an agency decides what to do about them. Some teams use both, and we can work from the tool you already have.
What does it cost?
Work is priced by scope, and the published prices are on the services page. Because scope is agreed first, you know the figure before work starts.
